Ten Bells

For our next project we have teamed up with Young Turks – James Lowe and Isaac Mchale and John Twomey of the Ten Bells in Spitalfields to open our first restaurant. It’s a great space, intimate and buzzy, with mismatched furniture and the feel of a private members club.
We will be doing the same amazing, honestly priced food, with charming service and fun atmosphere that has won us so many fans over the past year. In this semi permanent home we have the chance to really cement our reputations, and put our stamp on the London scene, as the next generation of restauranteurs stepping up onto the stage.

We are initially going to do a 3 month run from November 1st and see how we go from there.

To start with we’ll be serving dinner from Tuesday to Saturday and also Saturday Lunches. There will be one menu, no choice, 4 courses, plus snacks and a cocktail courtesy of Hendrick’s, all for £39. We will be changing the menu every week.

Dishes across the run will include:
Chestnut mousse, Pear and Honey granita
Raw Forerib & Oyster
Sika Deer Shoulder, Celeriac & Apple
Grouse Faggots
Buttermilk Fried Chicken
Leeks in XO
Parsnip, Brown Shrimp, Mace & Clementine
Pheasant, Swede & Quince

We have created a small wine list featuring a flat mark up of around ten pounds, which we intend to change on a regular basis. We’re also going to offer wine suggestions for each course should you wish.

All in all, we are massively excited about this project and want you to join us.
